Executive Search Experience
Lucia has 25+ years of progressive executive administrative and project management experience, spanning a number of fields including human resources, financial consulting and government relations. She brings a broad range of expertise in managing schedules, planning events, coordinating travel and expenses, and fostering client relationships to Lochlin Partners.
Lucia began her career in Milwaukee, WI, managing transactions for a mutual funds transfer agency. Relocating to the East Coast in 1997, Lucia joined the trading desk of a major Boston, MA, bank before moving to Washington, DC, in 2000. Over the next 20+ years, Lucia honed her skills in administrative positions including working for a former U.S. Senator, supporting the Executive Director of the human resources division of a mid-size consulting firm and managing the consultant program for a boutique financial services consulting and crisis management firm.
Lucia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University, with a major in Psychology and a double minor in Sociology and Family Studies.
