Executive Search Experience

Deborah Schonberger has over 30 years of experience in the executive search industry. Prior to joining Lochlin Partners, she served as an Engagement Manager with Heidrick & Struggles in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. As one of the firm’s first hires in the Washington, D.C. area, Deborah held a variety of roles during her tenure with the firm, including Director of Global Practice Operations and Knowledge Manager.
Deborah has assisted clients in the execution of more than 600 senior-level assignments across a number of industry sectors, including not-for-profit, association, health care services, pharmaceutical/biotechnology, pharmaceutical services, medical devices, HCIT, and higher education.

Other Experience

Prior to her experience in the executive search industry, Deborah was a Legal Administrator and Paralegal with law firms in the Washington, D.C. area.

Education

Deborah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia Tech in 1983. She also attended the Legal Assistant Program at Georgetown University School of Law, where she received her certification in 1985.
