Russell Davis has been named Chief Member Engagement Officer at the American Bankers Association (ABA), the united voice of America’s hometown bankers, supporting small, regional, and large banks as they fulfill their critical role as drivers of the nation’s economic growth. Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Russell leads one of ABA’s largest and most strategically important business units, with responsibility for member growth, engagement, retention, and value creation. An accomplished executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience, Russell was selected for the role after serving as ABA’s Executive Vice President of Member Experience, a position in which he was successfully placed by Lochlin Partners.
