Denise Davis has been named Vice President of Strategy and Communications (VP) at Western States Petroleum Association (WSPA). WSPA represents companies that account for the bulk of petroleum exploration, production, refining, transportation, and marketing in the five western states of Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. This position is charged with providing both strategic and hands-on-tactical execution of the organization’s communications efforts. Denise brings strengths in strategic communications and crisis management, storytelling and messaging, and a deep understanding of public policy. Prior to joining WSPA, she served as Executive Vice President of the California Chamber of Commerce (CalChamber).
