Tom Pinder is the General Counsel at American Bankers Association (ABA).  The ABA is the voice of the nation’s $ 23.7 trillion banking industry, which is composed of small, regional, and large banks that together employ more than 2 million people, safeguard $19.7 trillion in deposits and extend $11.2 trillion in loans. Tom is responsible for managing the Association’s legal operations, which includes leading the Association’s strategic and tactical legal initiatives for corporate governance, business initiatives and other activities in support of the banking industry.  Most recently, Tom was the Deputy General Counsel at the ABA.
