Russell Davis has been named Executive Vice President, Member Experience at American Bankers Association (ABA). ABA is the voice of the nation’s $23.7 trillion banking industry, which is composed of small, regional, and large banks that together employ more than 2 million people, safeguard $19.7 trillion in deposits and extend $11.2 trillion in loans. Russell manages the Member Experience division, whose mission is to align ABA’s various product areas to better represent the depth and breadth of ABA’s member value proposition and support the ongoing needs of their members through new product development opportunities. Most recently, Russell was Partner, Optum Advisory Services, Strategy and Growth Practice at Optum.
