Rich Nolan is the President and Chief Executive Officer at the National Mining Association (NMA).  The NMA is a national trade organization which is the mining industry’s advocate in Washington, D.C. and beyond.  Rich brings more than 20 years of experience advocating on many natural resources sector issues.  Rich was previously Senior Vice President of Government and Political Affairs at NMA.
