Michael O’Leary is the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at the Entertainment Software Association (ESA).  ESA serves as the voice and advocate for the video game industry.  Michael brings more than 25 years of experience from both the public and private sectors.  Most recently Michael was the Senior Vice President for Global Policy and Public Affairs at 21st Century Fox.
