Doug Gatlin is the Chief Executive Officer at Green Seal.  Green Seal is a $3 million, non-profit environmental standard development and certification organization.  Doug is responsible for helping Green Seal achieve its business and social responsibility goals.  Doug was formerly the Senior Vice President of Market Transformation & Development at USGBC, where he successfully designed and launched market transformation programs within the LEED and Energy Star certification market.
