Charlotte Young has been appointed General Counsel at the National Audubon Society. The General Counsel is a key member of Audubon’s executive leadership team working as a trusted business partner to Audubon’s CEO, executive leadership team and Board of Directors. Charlotte brings significant experience with strong compliance, risk assessment, nonprofit governance, and management expertise. Most recently Charlotte served as General Counsel, Vice President and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Winrock International.
