We formed Lochlin Partners in direct response to market feedback expressing a desire for a top- of-the-market, alternative solution to the major executive search brands. Each of our founding partners has significant experience in and understands the broken model employed across our industry. We understand the business practices, leveraged staffing models, and priorities of the major firms in our industry, and it is our intent to change the model.
Our founders have operated and served at the highest levels of business, government and non-profits. Among us we have managed independent public businesses, global and national search practices, regional offices, boutique executive search firms and the recruiting for the President of the United States.
